Welcome to Campbell’s Premier Physical Therapy
Choosing a physical therapist can be as important as choosing your physician. Having a specialist who addresses your needs, coupled with quality and excellence in patient care, should be first and foremost.
A treatment plan specific to your condition will include a comprehensive evaluation, followed by the appropriate treatment that is best for you, whether it be a scientific therapeutic exercise, an individualized home exercise program or education about injury prevention.
Campbell’s Premier Physical Therapy treats all orthopedic-related problems including total joint replacement and sports-specific issues. The main objective is to get you back to your highest level of activity in a minimal amount of time, allowing you return to work or participate in everyday activities without physical limitations or pain.

Randee McQueen5 StarAll the staff has been great and very helpful. I especially apprecuated that they ask questions on how and what is going on with me and adjust what they are doing. I had never had PT before so wasn't sure what to expect. They are always timely and friendly. They have helped me a great deal with my medical issue.Monday 6th November 2023
Sh Ng5 StarI can’t thank Siddhi Shah enough for the special care she and her staff provided me. I really appreciated that she patiently evaluated my problems, answered my questions and provided appropriate exercises for my right arm. Honestly, I never thought with PT the pain will go away, but under her care I found out I m wrong.Friday 8th December 2023
Danielle Egan1 StarUpdate: I had to take a month off work for the injury their therapist caused me. They are not a certified hand therapist, and should not be treating hand or arm injuries. Another physical therapy facility I contacted told me that hand injuries are very specialized, and since they don’t have a certified hand therapist, they would refer me to one, which is what Campbell should have done. It is highly irresponsible to treat hand injuries without certification, and not make it known to clients the importance of seeing someone certified.

I had an injury on both wrists that never fully healed so I went here to work on them. The day after my session, my wrists were worse than they’ve ever been, even when I originally injured them, and they hurt even when I wasn’t doing anything. I couldn’t type and could barely hold a cup of coffee without excruciating pain. I ended up having to take a week off work, and I’m still not fully recovered, so I don’t know how long it’ll be until I can go back to work. I was working fine before, with some mild discomfort after long hours (I work on the computer). Now I have to see a specialist next week to determine if I need surgery. They required me to do exercises and stretches that seemed excessively strenuous, but when I expressed my concern, they just told me to do it to the point where it wouldn’t hurt. Even though I followed their directions, they clearly massively overdid it. I would urge them and you to be very cautious of what sort of stretches you do, so you don’t end up in my situation, with your pain and injury much worse than before.Wednesday 19th April 2023
Dana Farrell5 StarAbove and beyond 5 stars!
I have been to 6 previous physical therapy offices in the past for my various injury recovery and post-surgery assistance needs.
NO ONE I have gone to in the past has ever approached the process in the manner that Chris Ota has with me at Campbell Physical Therapy.
Unlike other places, which only focus on the one area of "need", Chris looks at each patient's body as a connected whole unit. He has the ability to analyze each patient's body's strengths, weaknesses, associated imbalances, and identify painful areas (that sometimes you didn't even know you had!), in order to heal the "whole body". His "hands on" approach allows Chris to be able to tune in to each patient individually, instead of treating them robotically, like other PTs do, when they just follow some antiquated textbook's instructions. If one method is not working as quickly or effectively as he desires, Chris will change to another approach in his expansive arsenal of treatments. He understands that every body is unique and responds differently.
Not only does Chris have a vast amount of knowledge, but most importantly, he REALLY LISTENS TO EACH PATIENT!!
In addition, the office is staffed with caring and compassionate employees.Monday 30th January 2023
