My grandma fell and stayed at Canyon Springs post acute facility for her recovery. I really appreciated rehab team and staffs to take care of my grandma during her stay. I must say, the experience was great. The therapists were highly skilled and attentive to specific needs. Staffs at Canyon Springs can speak Vietnamese, Chinese, Tagalog, and Spanish. The facility itself was well-equipped and the staff was always friendly and supportive. My grandma felt cared for and encouraged throughout her entire therapy journey. I highly recommend for anyone seeking for quality care for their loved ones.

I truly love working at Canyon Springs Post Acute. The management team alongside the clinical team throughout the facility provides outstanding care! There have been many changes to the facility, as well, and it looks amazing. The food is great too. Food Service, Registered Dietitian, and Clinical teams work closely together in providing nutritious meals to our residents during their stay. It is vital that our patients can enjoy great food and heal, while planning their return back to the community alongside our fantastic Social Services and Rehab Departments. Last but certainly not least, our Activities department is known for their amazing decorations and trips around the community. A must see! Wishing you all well :)

I have been working at Canyon Springs for two and a half years, and I am proud to be a part of this team! Our team has taken every opportunity to make Canyon Springs an excellent place for our residents by remodeling our facility and providing quality care. The Activities department is creative and makes long-term and short-term residents feel at home, whether doing an exercise class or going to the mall or park. The joy and smiles we see as staff when the residents do an in-house activity or return from one of our resident outings is incredible

Newly renovated facility, hard working staff, and provide great care to patients and residents. Canyon Springs also has exceptional daily activities to all residents and patients. They provide candlelight dinner every month wherein they provide fine dining experience to patients and their family members. No other facility does this!

Canyon Springs will always be close to my heart and our family because they helped my mother heal and be well again. My mother had sepsis due to an infection that was almost fatal. She needs rehabilitation after in order for her to get better so she can go back to her normal life. The staff was attentive, caring and good in what they do. My mother got well and still active and happy at 90 years old.
