I recently had shoulder surgery and the staff at Dr Reynolds office helped me immensely. They provided care before during and after surgery. This is a top care facility bar none. Janice helped me navigate everything and they even helped with billing. If you’re having surgery this is the place to have it done right! Dr Reynolds is an excellent surgeon! Dr. Reynolds is a kind and compassionate physician who really cares about the well-being of his patients. He was instrumental in preventing me from getting dangerous and unnecessary surgery, directing me towards safer and less-intrusive care, and has given me excellent advice about long-term orthopedic management. I also got a chance to know him outside the context of his medical practice, and he is as good a person as you could hope to meet.

I injured my knee while participating in the world championships in jiu jitsu, finding later I had torn my ACL and meniscus. I was referred to Dr. Reynolds through a patient/friend, and reached out to him when I finally got the MRI of my knee. When I initially received my MRI report, I was told there was no tear in the ACL, although as a practicing chiropractor, I had a feeling that it was torn. Dr. Reynolds took a look at my MRI and saw the ACL tear that the radiologist missed, and I then knew he would be the surgeon that did my repair. I practice in Portland, Oregon, but still flew to his office in the bay area due to his reputation, but more importantly, how he treated me as a patient. He is compassionate, highly skilled, intelligent, and thorough. We did PRP and stem cell injections along with the repairs, and I am way ahead of schedule with my recovery. I have had other surgeries that were nothing like the experience I had with Dr. Reynolds. I now refer all my patients/athletes to Dr. Reynolds

Dr. Masi Reynolds is a great doctor with a confident and calming bedside manner. In our experience he is particularly gifted in working with children. My son needed an injection of stem cells into his shoulder to repair a torn rotator cuff. As with most 10yo kids, ours has an aversion to needles, and he is predisposed and apprehensive to doctors. Dr. Reynolds was able to distract my son to the point he was unaware the needle was deeply in his shoulder. My son was shocked that the process was over. Nicely done Dr. Reynolds, and I recommend him without reservation.
