Lorie Johnson5 StarThank you Ashley Kranz for helping me progress with my recovery. In the few 6 sessions I was blessed with the opportunity of having you and your talent introduced into my recovery! I learned so much from you! Thank you for being a “Shero” in my life story! I am grateful for you and Pinnacle and the forward progress we made because you cared! Love from my entire heart! May you continue to heal people!Friday 1st March 2024
Matthew Ripley5 StarI highly recommend working with Alyson. I was skeptical that PT could even help after i suffered a herniated disc and significant back pain and loss of mobility but I was proven very wrong. Alyson was great to work with. She was positive and encouraging and I felt heard and seen and she addressed my concerns, helped me set goals and made it very easy to work towards them. I"m now almost completely symptom free and feel stronger and like I have a better understanding of how my body reacted to the injury and how to prevent it in the future.
I had no problems with scheduling and every single appointment started on time and ended on time. I left each appointment feeling better and more positive about my outcome.
The facilities are not super fancy or filled with lots of crazy equipment but in my case i'd rather work with and excellent person than a average person in a fancy facility.
Strongly recommend!Thursday 27th April 2023
Ainhoa Indurain5 StarI've loved working with Aly after I had severe back problems. She is wonderful and everyone else seemed very professional. It's true that the room and equipment may be a little old or unkept, and at times they seem a little disorganized. But honestly it makes me feel more at home. Instead of a stuck up clinic it feels like a space for and from real peopleFriday 27th January 2023
Patty Koenigs5 StarI absolutely loved working with Shailja at Pinnacle Physical Therapy. She is so methodical and good at what she does. I worked with Shailja for 3 months working through pains in my left leg and am so grateful I found her. She would always take the time to explain to me the muscles we were working, why I was feeling pain in a certain place, and how the different stretches and exercises she was giving me worked into my greater plan for recovery. She was also super responsive over email with any questions and reschedules. I also really appreciated the whole office's attention to Covid-19 protocols as I was concerned about this before starting PT. I always felt very safe and cared for during appointments.Monday 17th August 2020
Igor Almeida5 StarTwice I broke myself while snowboarding, twice Janet from Pinnacle PT has fixed me so far.
First time, I fell and fractured my shoulder. It took 2 months for my bone to recover and I procrastinated for other 3 more months before starting PT. When I got to Pinnacle my shoulder was a mess. It took a lot of time, effort and exercise to get it back to well-functioning.
Second time, I broke my forearm, I promptly went to Pinnacle after removing my case, to recover my wrist movements. Recovery was really fast and I soon had normal movement in my wrist again.
Janet is a really awesome physical therapist, I could feel progress after each session. She is also a really nice and pleasant person, I will miss our sessions!Tuesday 6th May 2014
