JC N5 StarDr. Raghavan is an incredible woman with an exceptional mind. I always looked forward to my physical therapy sessions with her. I admire her compassion and charisma. I highly recommend her for any physical therapy needs. I wish my insurance covered her services so I could continue seeing her. I am incredibly grateful to her and the nurse who recommended her to me. Excellent service. Thank you, Dr. Raghavan!Saturday 11th May 2024
Anushree Pradhan5 StarSessions with Dr.Divya have been great! She gives her personal attention during every session and guides one to do every exercise properly to get the best results. Her approachable attitude to discuss any concerns along with great attention to detail and proper guidance speaks of her vast experience. It was also very easy to schedule sessions due to their amazing staff.
Being a Bharatnatyam dancer and attending her sessions has helped me perform better.Thursday 4th January 2024
Jayashree Seshadri5 StarI had sprained my ankle bad and had reached out to Divya immediately as I knew I would need her help in recovering and dancing again without pain. She was on vacation but still scheduled the video call to evaluate and get me started on a few exercises till she could see me in person. During the in person visits, she took time to access my condition and measured the damage and had a record of the how much the ankle had healed since the previous visits. Her exercises very easy to follow and helped me recover very quickly. It really helps that she understands the dancers body and help them with speedy recovery. She has also been very quick to respond over text.
Hope to not visit her clinic often as a patient :) but I do know that I will be coming here for any kind of injury recovery.Monday 29th January 2024
Bharath Ravi5 StarI've been consulting with Right Stack for many years, and I would recommend it in a heartbeat.
Divya is a wonderful PT - she is attentive, positive and very engaged, and her diagnosis always comes with a clear explanation of what's going on and what to expect next in terms of recovery. Her treatment plans are also very clear and easy to follow, and she does a great job of explaining how it will process over the weeks (e.g. work on mobility and easing the injury first, move to strength building slowly).
Having seen many PTs over the years, I can easily say this is the best practice I've been toFriday 26th January 2024
Soreliz Ascanio5 StarSo many positive things to say about Divya and her PT practice.
I came to Divya with severe and chronic plantar fasciitis pain. I had received some PT in the past for this, but it was not as thorough and helpful as Divya's work. She helped me identify the cause of the pain (which was not in the feet), and other lifelong biomechanical issues that have contributed to other chronic issues and pain in my body. I have some structural problems (mild scoliosis, lumbarization of the sacrum (extra vertebrae), hyperextension) to name a few, that clearly can't be fixed, but Divya gave me the confidence and assurance that I could, and should, be able to improve my biomechanics in a way that serves my body and physical health better, despite my limitations. This gave me a lot of hope as one of my greatest fears is to be physically disabled or unable to do the things I enjoy (hiking, cooking), which require good body mechanics.
With Divyas' guidance, and my desire to get better, be pain free, and learn to use by boddy more appropriately, I was able to improve the plantar fasciitis pain by about 80% (or more) and also make many improvements in other parts of my body. For the first time, I am able to have more days where I experience minimal to no pain in my low back, because I am learning to become aware of how I use my body and what muscles I need to be using (or not using), depending on the activity I'm engaged in. There's still room for growth and improvement, and I will do my best to continue my PT exercises forever. I cannot thank Divya enough for her patience, gentleness, understanding, guidance, and superb knowledge. If you want to get better, and want your body back, Divya is the one to go to!Tuesday 30th January 2024
