Unorganized and unresponsive business. Cancelled appointment on me last minute, and I still received a bill for an appointment that did not occur. I have called twice with no answer, and left voicemails, to discuss the situation with no response.

Amazing Drs and team!From the beginning , I mean first phonecall I was amazed of how caring and efficient this office team was. Tracy deserves 5 stars for being so helpful throughout my situation. She was the first person I called that actually cared about getting me in to see a Dr. immediately and assissted with EVERY question I had. Also Janice & Dr.Reynolds get another 5 stars 🌟 they were so kind,patient and caring The whole team is amazing !

I overall had a disappointing experience with SVO and Dr. Reynolds. I went in for my initial appointment with Dr. Reynolds which lasted 15-20 minutes which went well and we decided the best course of action to address an issue I was having with my hip was a cortisone shot. At the end of my visit Dr Reynolds told me his team would reach out to set it up. As I was checking out I asked if I could immediately schedule the cortisone shot but was told again that they would reach out around scheduling the shot. Unfortunately nothing happened after that and I never received a call to schedule this procedure. When I finally got in touch with Dr. Reynolds team I was informed that they never followed up because his note on the follow up was unclear. I ultimately went with a different provider but was recently billed $400 for this visit. When I reached out to the SVO billing department they told me the charge was so high because despite seeing me for under 30 minutes there was a lot of other work involved after my appointment which is frustrating as there was literally no work done after my appointment to follow up to schedule the procedure so my entire appointment was rendered useless. While Dr. Reynolds may be a great Doctor it was an overall very frustrating experience where I was charged $400 dollars for his team to not follow up with me. I'd recommend checking out other options
