My wife arranged me a surprise 30th birthday party in the basement, where a bunch of youngsters promptly clogged the toilet by flushing baby wipes. Thank goodness I had a plunger handy, because I quickly "fixed" the issue. However, the following day, whenever someone used either the upstairs or downstairs bathrooms, water poured down the stairs. Because it was our basement toilet and not the main one, we didn't find out until 8 o'clock that night. At least a dozen businesses didn't return my calls or connected me to unhelpful receptionists. The moment I dialed San Jose Plumbing number, my problems vanished. They dispatched Donald, plumber number , who was not only prompt in arriving and fixing the issue, but also friendly and engaging with my kids, who were watching with great interest. In addition, he was as neat as a pin. In the past, plumbers I've dealt with were not only impolite, but they also left behind a big mess after finishing their jobs. Donald offered me several different solutions to my situation, and he was very well-versed in the potential outcomes of each. I've always been told that if I need plumbing work done, I should call a professional, but that doesn't imply such professionals always act professionally. To eliminate garbage at my home, San Jose Plumbing built a main sewer clean-out and jetted my line. They were on time, courteous, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone who is having plumbing issues. Strongly recommended!

Despite the fact that the crawl space was flooded with more than a foot of water, the plumbers from San Jose Plumbing were able to replace my broken sump pump with a new one. The new pump was installed in about an hour, and then it operated without stopping for a total of eight hours. They did an outstanding job despite the difficulty of the circumstances.

Our 65-year-old home's main sewer line was cleaned up by this plumbing company, and they also found and fixed a broken clay tile conduit that connected the house to the city sewer. To lessen the mess caused by excavating holes in the backyard, the crew employed shovels and an excavator. The overall price from Santa Clara Plumbing was less than what the "Big Name" rival offered for just the cleanout installation. The interaction with the affable, responsible individuals, though, who shown amazing collaboration and seemed to value their work, was the best part of this trip. Without a doubt, we'd use them again!
