Failure to call back to set up appointments. Failure to properly set appointments. Inability to use insurance despite being in network, referred to, and approved by insurance. Can't speak towards all staff but the staff in charge of phone communication do not know what they are doing and I would recommend elsewhere if you care about receiving proper physical therapy.

Thank you all for helping me with my back pain. I had a pleasant experience with the staff and learned new exercises from my back that seemed more effective compared to another physical therapy I went to years ago. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and I finally finished all my sessions. Thank you all so much. Bless you all.

I hardly take the time to write a review but Roshni Nawal absolutely deserves one! She is so patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how much effort she puts into every one of our appointments. She is always answering any questions or concerns I have. She is just overall very professional and makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I truly enjoy every one of our sessions together.

This business is located inside a medical complex building that is a bit dated and in need of updates. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The business itself is well-run, and the equipment is well-maintained. A strict COVID check-in procedure is followed so be sure to wear a mask. There is ample parking directly around the building, and in adjacent lots. The business is on the second floor, and there is an elevator as well as 2 sets of stairs.
